The inner surface of the working cylinder is rough, while the surface of the disc is wavy, and most of them are bonded with steel sand. When the material falls from the feeding hopper onto the corrugated surface of the rotating disc, it is thrown to the cylindrical wall due to centrifugal force and rubs against the rough surface of the cylindrical wall to achieve the purpose of peeling. This method has poor peeling effect and is prone to damage the surface layer of the material. Alkaline solution peeling: The product is treated in alkaline solution at a certain temperature for an appropriate period of time, and the skin will be corroded. This method requires a high level of rinsing process before and after peeling, and consumes too much alkaline or peeling solution, resulting in high costs.
